What is lead generation?
Lead generation is the process of attracting prospects to your business and increasing their interest through nurturing, all with the end goal of converting them into a customer. Some ways to generate leads are through advertising, podcasting, blog posts, coupons, live events, and online content.
What type of businesses do you work with?
We work with businesses that need leads. More specifically, we work with service based businesses such as accountants, real estate, dentists, electricians, plumbers, builders, allied health and also events and accommodation services. If you’re unsure how we can help you, get in touch.
Who are you?
I’m Bianca, a Certified Elite Ads Manager with more than two decades marketing experience. I’ve been running Facebook and Instagram ads for more than 10 years and I’ve seen it all.
Apart from managing marketing and Facebook ads for businesses, I also love spending time with my family. I’m a horse lover and am obsessed with skiing, and I was born in the Netherlands so I try to travel ‘home’ as often as I can.

I’m located on the North West coast of Tasmania/lutruwita but I work with businesses Australia wide.
Why use Facebook & Instagram advertising?
Facebook & Instagram advertising can speed up your lead generation, as well as get you seen by your ideal target audience. It’s absolutely fabulous for getting people’s attention when they didn’t even know they are looking for you. What does Facebook & Instagram advertising cost?
How long is a piece of string?
It really depends on so many factors. Mostly on your budget but there are other factors too. I recommend having at least $50 per day for advertising, but we can run visibility and audience building campaigns for $10 per day. Your budget is in addition to our management fees and we’ll run various calculations to show what a return on investment could look like for your business.
The aim is to generate leads for your business that you convert into paying clients, so that you are getting a return on your ad spend.

What other marketing services do you offer?
As a qualified and experienced marketer there isn’t much we don’t know, but we’ve chosen to focus on a select area of marketing. We offer website design and development, funnel and automation set up, Facebook & Instagram advertising and training for you or your team.
Can we meet to discuss my project?
We sure can. We mostly consult via zoom or phone calls but if you’re local we could meet in-person to discuss your project.
Can you guarantee results?
In short, no.
Facebook itself states in their ad terms that they “do not guarantee the reach or performance that your ads will receive, such as the number of people who will see your ads or the number of clicks your ads will get.”
They also state that they “cannot control how clicks are generated on your ads. We have systems that attempt to detect and filter certain click activity, but we are not responsible for click fraud, technological issues, or other potentially invalid click activity that may affect the cost of running ads.”
But there are many ways to predict what a return on investment could look like for your business.
